Common fixes
Before you email us.
Import didn't recognize my workout
Crop to just the workout, fill the frame, and avoid glare on the board. Clear, high-contrast writing reads best. You can always edit the result, or build the same timer by hand in a few taps.
I can't hear the voice cues
Turn up your iPhone's media volume and check which speaker or headphones it's playing to. Cues play through the same output as your music.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Timers, voice cues and Import all work without a connection. Saving and loading templates needs one.
Can I move my templates to a new iPhone?
Not yet. There are no accounts in 1.0, so templates belong to the installation of the app that saved them. Email us if you'd like old templates deleted.
How is my data handled?
Timers stay on your iPhone, Import reads images on the device, and there's no tracking. The Privacy Policyhas the details.
